Owner must come to GWC Office, since a signature is necessary.
Service address inside corporate limits requires $100.00 deposit (refundable) and a $25.00 service charge.
Service address outside corporate limits requires $100.00 deposit (refundable) and a non-refundable service charge of $35.00.
